Delete your account

LingoDrop does not require an account. If you have created one, you can delete it and everything stored with it at any time, either in the app or by asking us.

In the app

Open LingoDrop and go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete All Data.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

This works the same on Android and iOS, and does not require contacting us.

By request

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@getcashflow.co from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my LingoDrop account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

Your account record and the sign-in identifier and email address attached to it
All learning progress, review history, streaks, and settings
Your friend connections, shared streaks, nicknames and reactions, and any invite codes you created
Any family group you own

Deleting in the app also wipes the copy held on that device. If you used LingoDrop on more than one device, sign out or delete the app on each of them to remove the local copies.

What is kept, and why

If you joined someone else’s family plan, we keep a record that a member once occupied a seat in that group. It is an opaque identifier and a date, with no name, email, or learning data attached, and it exists only to stop one family plan cycling unlimited people through its seats. It is not used for anything else.
